According to CBS News, the makers of Fireball Cinnamon Whisky are being sued over misleading labels.

The mini bottles of Fireball Cinnamon, which you can find at gas stations and convenience stores, apparently don't contain any whisky!

If you take a close look at the labels on the bottles in question, they just say "Cinnamon" unlike regular bottles which have the words "Cinnamon Whisky" the front, but most people don't read the fine print....especially on mini bottles.

Instead of whisky in the mini's, it's a malt beverage flavored to taste like cinnamon whisky.

The lawsuit has turned into a class action suit with plaintiffs in several different states around the country.
