(Charleston, SC)-- Flooding is still possible across the eastern half of South Carolina as the remnants of Debby move out.
The National Weather Service says a little rain is still possible today, which will add onto massively saturated areas that have been pounded by precipitation this week.
Some areas close to the coast have seen more than 15-inches of rain over the past few days.
